The Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) is a professional organization for nutritionists and dietitians. The mission of the SNDA is to provide direction and leadership for quality nutrition and dietetics practice, education and research; to promote health and improve the nutritional status of the people.
SNDA promotes the advancement of nutrition science, bringing about closer cooperation among nutritionists, dietitians and other professionals in allied fields. Over the years, the SNDA has been active in organizing continuing education for the professional enrichment of its members besides improving and updating the practical and theoretical knowledge of dietitians and nutritionists. SNDA has also been actively involved in organizing or supporting professional meetings and seminars.
Founded in 1984, the Association also promotes the interests of nutrition and dietetics professions in Singapore. To service nutrition and dietetics professionals, SNDA provides:

In addition, SNDA serves to link public to reputable information sources and provides the public and mass media with contacts for spokesperson on specialized food and nutrition related topics. The Association also works closely with other professional bodies and the government, to support health promotion and education campaigns and seminars for the public.
The SNDA is a founding member of the Asian Federation of Dietetic Associations (AFDA), a member of the International Confederation of Dietetics Association (ICDA), and the Federation of Asian Nutrition Societies (FANS).
