For our first Lunch & Learn Series of 2025, join us as we have professor John Chambers who is the Lead Investigator of the PRECISE SG100K Population Study which looks at the genetic makeup of 100000 healthy Singaporeans and specific disease cohorts while integrating the different factors (lifestyle, environmental and clinical data) that can contribute to Asian diseases and conditions. Join us as Professor John highlights how his research helps in the identification of the mechanisms leading to high rates of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases in Asian populations and how he hopes that the data from this research can lead to the planning of more effective research programs.
