This session introduces EMA as a methodology and illustrates its practical application. By the end of the session, dietitians will have a working understanding of what EMA is, how it complements and improves on standard dietary assessment methods, and how it is already being translated into predictive, personalised tools for obesity and dietary lapse management in the Singapore context.
